1. AUSTRALIAN domestic shipping options

We ship to Australian domestic customers using Australia Post.

Kits typically ship out within 2 working days after receipt of funds.

Shipping includes end-end tracking - you will receive an email with the
tracking information after the parcel is lodged with AustraliaPost

2. INTERNATIONAL shipping options

We prefer to ship using Australia Post "International Standard Parcel Service".
Australia Post shipping includes end-end tracking - you will receive an email with the
tracking information after the parcel is lodged with AustraliaPost

Typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks to most countries.

3. Can you ship by international courier (UPS/DHL/Fedex etc) ?

Yes, but it is very expensive (2x or 3x cost via  Australia Post) and not practical for small orders.

4. Do you ship to USA ?

Yes - please note that when we ship kits to USA we may be required to pre-pay
the US tariffs and customs clearance fees (more than AU$100/parcel).
These tariffs and fees will be added to your purchase price quote and must be
prepaid before kits are shipped.

5. Can you ship to my country ?

Almost definitely yes - we ship anywhere Australia Post will deliver to.

6. Does your price include tariffs, duties, taxes and/or charges collected by my country ?

No.  Payment of charges collected by the receiving country are the responsibility of the recipient.
The only exception is where we are required (by the post/shipping company) to
prepay these charges (e.g. USA) - in which case they will appear on the quote.

7. When will my order arrive ?

Typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks from Australia to most countries via Australia Post.

Australian domestic customers typically 1-2 weeks.

8. Can I get a refund if I change my mind ? 

No - all sales are final.
